Please read these terms carefully before using GloriaMundo. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or by accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GloriaMundo software platform and services ("Services") provided by GloriaMundo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16729892) ("GloriaMundo," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Our Role and the Nature of the Services
2.1 GloriaMundo as Service Provider
GloriaMundo is the principal provider of the Services. When you purchase Credits or a subscription through our platform, you are entering into a contract with GloriaMundo Ltd for the provision of our AI automation services.
2.2 Our Services
Our Services consist of:
- Access to large language model (LLM) inference via multiple AI providers
- A user interface for interacting with AI models
- A workflow automation builder (Agent Builder)
- A memory management system
- Integration capabilities with third-party services
- Virtual Run preview functionality
2.3 Third-Party AI Providers
To deliver our Services, we utilise multiple third-party AI providers (including but not limited to OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). These providers supply the underlying large language model inference. Your use of our Services is subject to the acceptable use policies of these providers, which we enforce through our own Acceptable Use policy below.
3. Agreement and Eligibility
3.1 Acceptance
By creating an account and using our Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information to keep it accurate
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Credits, Subscription, and Payment
5.1 Credits
Our platform allows you to purchase Credits. These Credits are a prepayment for the use of our Services and are debited from your account based on your usage of AI models and other metered features.
Pricing Structure
- Subscription: $20/month base subscription
- Included Credits: $20 worth of AI credits per month
- Overage: Usage beyond included credits charged at 2x the model cost
- Free Trial: 14-day trial with $20 in credits (card required)
5.2 Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5.3 No Refunds
All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights in content you provide to the service ("User Content"), including conversations, workflows, and uploaded files. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
6.2 AI-Generated Content ("Output")
Our Services generate responses and content ("Output") using various AI models. Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, you own the Output generated from your inputs. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users based on similar inputs.
Important: AI Limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before taking action based on them. This is why we provide the Virtual Run feature - use it.
7. Workflow Automation
7.1 Virtual Runs vs Live Runs
Virtual Run
Previews the exact actions your workflow will take without executing them. Always use Virtual Run first to verify your workflow behaves as expected.
Live Run
Executes your workflow for real, performing actual actions on connected services. Only proceed to Live Run after verifying with Virtual Run.
7.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The design and configuration of your workflows
- Reviewing Virtual Runs before executing Live Runs
- Any actions your workflows perform on third-party services
- Ensuring your workflows comply with third-party service terms
- Any consequences arising from automated actions
7.3 Third-Party Service Failures
We are not responsible for failures, errors, or issues with third-party services that your workflows connect to (Gmail, Slack, etc.). If a connected service fails or changes its API, your workflow may not execute as expected.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of third parties
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Generate or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or objectionable
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Create automated workflows that harm or harass others
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these provisions.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 AI Output Disclaimer
AI-GENERATED OUTPUT IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND VERIFYING ANY OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
9.2 General Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100).
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GloriaMundo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Actions performed by your automated workflows
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@gloriamundo.com. Upon cancellation, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable.
12.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
