- Profile picture - from Google Sign-In, displayed in the interface
Billing Information
When you purchase credits, Stripe (our payment processor) collects:
- Billing address
- Payment card details (we never see or store full card numbers)
- Tax identification (if provided)
Content You Create
- Conversations - messages you send and AI responses
- Workflows - automation workflows you design and save
- Uploaded files - images and documents you share with the AI
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Features used, models selected, workflow executions
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Log data: IP addresses, access times, pages viewed
2.3 Memory System (Optional)
If you enable the Memory feature, we store facts and preferences you share across conversations to personalize your experience. This is opt-in and can be disabled at any time in your account settings.

4. AI and Your Data
Your data is NOT used to train AI models
We do not use your conversations, workflows, or any personal data to train or fine-tune any machine learning models.
Data sent to AI providers
When you use GloriaMundo, your messages are sent to AI providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. OpenRouter's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
Virtual Run transparency
Our Virtual Run feature lets you preview exactly what data will be sent before any workflow executes, embodying our Glass Box transparency commitment.
5. How We Share Your Information

- Log data: Retained for up to 90 days

9. Security
We protect your data with:
